7. If an individual is under an active no-trespass order or self-exclusion for the site, can they attend a party they have been invited to?
   Answer: No, if an individual is under an active no-trespass or self-exclusion they are not allowed on property. Once identified they will be asked to leave the premises.

• All parties should be pre-booked 30 to 90 days in advance including number of people, food choices, party add-ons, etc.

• Pre-bookings must be confirmed a minimum of 14 days in advance of the event date, with a deposit for 100% of the food & party add-on items. If no food or add-on items are booked, then a $50 Party Fee will be required to confirm the pre-booking into an official party reservation.

• No pre-booking, booking or reservation is official until the deposit is received by the site (a minimum of 14 days in advance of the event date). Party payments must be made in person at the site (Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard).

• (Deposits are non-refundable but may be converted to a Food & Beverage credit if cancelation occurs prior to 7 calendar days in advance of the booked event date. Cancelations within 7 days of the event date will forfeit their deposit.
